Adding non-graphic items to the pricing

It is possible to add non-graphical items to the pricing.

To add non-graphic items to the pricing, follow the steps below:

1. Select Editable Articles from the Tools menu. The Editable Articles dialog box opens (see Figure 1 below).

2. Click the New button. Editable fields are now available for Article, Company, Category, Description, Quantity, List and Buy.

3. Type in the desired information in each of the fields below.

4. To add information for more articles, click New again.

5. To save the articles that you have added manually, click the Save button.

6. When you are satisfied, close the dialog.
