Automatic camera motion to selected object (see Figure 1 below) is a feature that lets the camera follow automatically, and show in 3D view, the components you select in 2D view. This feature is accessed from the toolbars above both the 2D and 3D views.

Follow these steps:
Click Automatic camera motion to selected object.
Move the mouse pointer to the drawing area in
the 2D or 3D view. The icon follows.
Click the object you want the camera to show. The camera is directed at the object and displays it in the 3D view.
