You can insert an article view on the sheet in the paper view. The article view is based on the summary in the Calculation dialogue.

To add an article view in the paper view, follow these steps:
Go to the component area Tools (paper) in the paper view. Click the Printable article view icon in the field Drawing views (see figure 1).
Move the mouse pointer to the sheet in the paper view. A dotted rectangle follows.
Click once on the sheet to set the starting point for the article view.
Move the mouse pointer diagonally over the sheet and click once when the article view has reached the desired size. An article view is now visible on the sheet.
