When you are about to print a sheet in the paper view you make desired printer settings that you access from the menu bar. The menu bar is positioned in the upper part of the paper view (see figure 1).

The features in the menu bar are described below, from left to right:
Name: The name of the sheet.
Page setup: Click the icon to access the Page setup dialog box where you can choose printer, paper size and margins.
Preview page: Click the icon to preview the sheet before printing it.
By right clicking on of the miniatures of the sheets in the left right corner of the paper view, you can make the following settings:
Disable page: Click this option if you do not wish to include the sheet in the print out.
Change to landscape: Click this option if you wish the sheet to be in landscape orientation.
Page setup: Click this option to view the Page setup dialog box (the same dialog box that is accessed from the menu bar).
